Responsibilities

What You Will Own & Deliver

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from concept sketches and user wireframes to final high-fidelity production mockups in Figma.
  • Design complex, data-heavy enterprise dashboards (AI analytics, crypto trading, cloud kitchen dispatch, healthcare records).
  • Maintain and evolve our universal Figma Design System with automated component variants, typography tokens, and spacing grids.
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze usability metrics, and iterate on interfaces based on real client feedback.
  • Work closely with frontend engineers to review implemented UI in staging and ensure 100% fidelity to design specifications.
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate complex micro-animations, transitions, and gesture mechanics.
Qualifications

Required Experience & DNA

  • 3+ years of experience designing web applications, SaaS platforms, or mobile apps with a world-class portfolio.
  • Expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, nested variants, variable modes, and prototype connections).
  • Impeccable eye for detail, typographic hierarchy, color harmony, negative space, and modern UI trends (e.g. Linear, Vercel).
  • Deep understanding of responsive design patterns across mobile, tablet, desktop, and ultra-wide monitor displays.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to engineering squad leads and executive clients.

High-Value Bonus Signals

  • Basic understanding of frontend code (HTML/CSS/JS) to design with technical feasibility in mind.
  • 3D asset creation experience with Blender or Spline.
  • Motion design experience in After Effects or Rive.
